This page explains what data archideal.com.ua collects, why, and what happens to it afterwards. Written in plain language, with no clause numbers.
What we receive
Only what you type into the form yourself: name, phone, property type, district and a comment. The site never asks for your home address, documents or payment details.
Why
To call you back, clarify the job and price it. The data is used for nothing else — we run no mailing lists and do not sell your contacts to third parties.
Where it goes
The request is sent to the company's internal Telegram chat. The site has no database: nothing is stored on the site's server. Only the staff running projects have access to that chat. In addition, when you submit the request your browser sends Google Ads not the number itself but an irreversibly hashed fingerprint of it — to match the lead to an ad click. Google never receives the phone number itself.
How long we keep it
For as long as the conversation about your project continues, and a reasonable period after. If you would like it deleted sooner, write to us and we will.
Cookies
The site uses Google tags (Google Analytics and Google Ads) and the Meta pixel (Facebook and Instagram). They set cookies and send Google and Meta anonymised data about page views and whether a request was submitted — to measure traffic and leads from advertising. They give us numbers, not your personal details. You can switch this off in your browser settings or with a blocker.
Third-party services
The site uses Microsoft Clarity — a service that anonymously records on-page behaviour (mouse movement, clicks, scrolling) to show where people struggle. Clarity masks form field contents by default, so what you type is not captured in the recording. The contact page embeds a Google map — opening it means interacting with Google on their terms. Messenger links lead to Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook, where those platforms' rules apply.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data. A message on any messenger, or a phone call, is enough.
