Two-room apartment on Holeho
A two-room apartment on Holeho Street in Kyiv: a full cycle of works from August 2018 to May 2019. From rough-in works in a new build with bare concrete walls — demolishing partitions, running electrics and plumbing, a distribution board with breaker groups and RCDs — through to finishing works and furniture. The design uses multi-level plasterboard ceilings with concealed lighting, magnetic track systems, glass partitions in black profiles, a decorative bas-relief, timber slats, photo wallpaper and porcelain stoneware in wood and concrete looks.
