Two-room apartment on Liuteranska
A two-room apartment on Liutneranska Street in central Kyiv: work ran from 14 February to 13 June 2018. The scope covered demolition of the timber floors laid on joists and stripping the old plaster back to brick, new water supply, sewerage, heating and electrical layouts, screeds, and then the finishing trades. Key interior decisions: oak parquet blocks laid in a herringbone pattern, walls painted in shades of grey, plaster cornices, patterned black-and-white floor tile in the bathroom and kitchen, and a curbless shower area with a glass screen.
