Work ran from 14 April to 19 September 2017: demolition of partitions and door units, new electrical and plumbing runs, wall chasing, plasterboard structures, finishing and furniture installation. The apartment is done in a classic style — multi-level ceilings with cove lighting, wall panels with mouldings, laminate flooring, and a bathroom with large-format porcelain stoneware and a glass shower screen.
