Three-room apartment in Pozniaky
A three-bedroom apartment in the Poznyaky district of Kyiv: a full renovation from demolition through to furnishing, carried out from January 2020 to February 2021. The layout was reworked with widened door openings and new brick partitions, the wiring and plumbing were fully replaced, and the job included plasterboard ceilings, stretch ceilings, decorative plaster finishes, marble-effect porcelain tile in the bathrooms and built-in furniture in every room. At the end, the heating system was checked with an infrared thermometer — radiator and floor temperature readings were recorded.
