Apartment renovation — Staron two-room apartment
Staron two-room apartment
Two-room Staron apartment in Kyiv: a full renovation cycle from 14 February to 10 August 2020. We demolished the old partitions and plumbing, cut and widened doorways, installed all utility systems with a new water metering unit and a built-in electrical panel, poured the screed, and then moved on to finishing works — marble-look porcelain stoneware, hidden doors, glass partitions in black profiles and built-in furniture. The final frames show the kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathrooms and entrance hall with track and concealed lighting.

Stage schedule
8 stages · 107 photos
February 2020 — August 2020
The bars are built from the dates the photographs were taken, not drawn by hand — which is why stages overlap. On a real site something is always being finished while the next trade has already started.
Estimate
In a working account this shows amounts per stage, payments made and the balance. In the demo they are hidden.

The amounts are hidden because this is someone else's project. You will see your own in your estimate, not on a website.
Approvals
Every decision that affects the money or the look is logged as its own item. Until the client marks it approved, work on that item does not start.

Each stage is dates and frames from the site. These were shot for the job, not for a website, which is why some of them look exactly like a building site looks.
