Six-room apartment in Sviatobor
A six-room apartment in Sviatobir (Kyiv): work ran from August 2017 through December 2024. The full cycle was completed — demolition of under-window blocks and partitions, electrical and plumbing rough-ins with a water treatment unit, cast-in-place and timber stairs between levels, plastering and finishing work, built-in furniture and equipment. Engineering highlights include a five-row modular consumer unit, a server rack with structured cabling, and a smart-home control panel flush-mounted into the decorative wall finish.
