Studio in Pechersk
A studio apartment in Kyiv's Pechersk district: work ran from June 2020 through April 2021. The scope covered demolition of brick partitions and reconfiguring the layout, building new walls in aerated concrete and brick, full rough-in electrical and plumbing runs, plaster, screed and final finishes. Part of the floor area was built out as residential units with bathrooms, part as commercial space with a loft character: exposed cable trays, track lighting, glass partitions and painted brick.
