Two-room apartment on Skoropadskoho
A two-room apartment in a pre-war building on Skoropadskoho Street in central Kyiv. Work ran from March 2019 to March 2021: complete strip-out of the old finishes down to the brickwork, demolition of partitions and widening of openings, all-new services — water metering assembly, pressure reducers, consumer unit with modular breakers, screeds, plaster, and a balcony lined with plasterboard over insulation. The finishes include white decorative brick, black-and-white checkerboard tile, deep blue painted walls, and metro tile in the kitchen and bathroom.
