A single-storey timber-frame house in Demydiv, Kyiv region: from setting out the foundation and erecting the frame through to full interior finishing, furnishing and site landscaping. The complete cycle was carried out — mineral wool insulation, electrics with distribution boards and backup power from an inverter with battery storage, water supply, electric underfloor heating, timber planken cladding, a metal tile roof, paving and fencing. Work ran from May 2025 to March 2026.
